Jackie is currently the Executive Director of the Santa Fe Business Improvement District, a quasi-governmental entity special district in Denver, CO. She is a non-profit and business consultant as well as a faith leader advisor for her own business Bouvier&Co. She also works on different campaigns supporting candidates or community efforts with Hispanic strategies as part of her business.

She is the current Colorado Multiethnic Coalition President which serves as a resource hub for Hispanic Faith Leaders in Colorado and across the United States in addition to developing community-based projects. Jackie is also President of Prospanica, a national association of business professionals with MBAs. She is also the Denver Hub leader for the National Hispanic Star movement, which serves the community through national corporate partnerships.
